Born out of the love of comedy and making great ideas happen, Thousand Percent is a turnkey production company based in Los Angeles created by longtime collaborators Avery Pearson and Jeremiah Watkins. Having successfully cut their teeth in the LA comedy scene, they turned their focus to writing, performing, and producing TV, film, specials, stand-up, musicals, and comedy shows; Avery and Jeremiah combine their abundant entertainment experience into one vision — they can make anything they want.

Avery Pearson

Avery Pearson has performed, written and produced entertainment since he was a kid in Toronto, Canada. Over the past 20 years his work has been featured on 'Saturday Night Live' (NBC), the 'ESPYs' (ABC), 'NFL Honors' (ABC), ‘Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show' (Netflix), ‘Historical Roasts’ (Netflix), 'The Hall' (Netflix), and 'Olympic Highlights' + ‘Back That Year Up’ (Peacock) to name a few.
Avery has created branded commercial content with Funny Or Die for Chrysler, and Jack Links. He also leads staple monthly live shows at The Comedy Store, and Hollywood Improv. Avery has been featured on NPR for his work with charity organization Comedy Gives Back, and has a loving wife and two kids he adores.
Avery thrives in collaboration, he feels the greatest results are always achieved when powers combine. It's also really fun.
Jeremiah Watkins

Jeremiah Watkins started his Directing career at the young age of 16, winning film festival and broadcasting awards at the national and Kansas state level throughout high school and college. Since moving to LA in 2009, Watkins has directed comedy specials, sketches, music videos, commercials and more which have garnered hundreds of millions of views across social platforms. He directed his debut special Family Reunion which can be found on Amazon Prime, and his second special Daddy currently resides on Youtube. Watkins also Directs a bi-weekly hit viral series called Stand-Up On The Spot with some of the biggest names in comedy, boasting over 50 episodes. Some past guests include Nikki Glaser, Bert Kreischer, Jodie Sweetin, Wee-Man, Russell Peters, Mark Normand, Trevor Wallace, Morgan Jay, and many many more.
Jeremiah Watkins has been recognized as the ultimate collaborator, and is always ready for the challenge of fulfilling your artistic and creative vision!
Chris McMillan

Chris McMillan is from Dallas Texas where as a teenager starting filming and creating content. He continued his dream of directing and filming at Webster University in St. Louis. After graduating, he moved to California where he collaborates with comedians, directing and editing hundreds of sketches and live shows. Now he is the Director of Photography and Editor for the hit series Stand Up On The Spot with Jeremiah Watkins. With over 50 episodes and millions of views, the series has featured some of the top comedians around. Chris McMillan is a great collaborator to help bring your vision from start to finish.
MJ Brackin

MJ Brackin has over twenty years of experience in the New York and Los Angeles Entertainment landscape. Currently residing in Los Angeles, MJ also enjoys working as a creative producer on live comedy shows, comedy tapings, and various film and tv projects. MJ previously worked as an actor in NYC and LA, and thrives utilizing her writing and marketing strengths to highlight happenings that deserve the spotlight.
Prior work experience includes host and server, talent rep, script reader, yoga instructor, front desk in hospitality, and you might even catch her in CBS' Criminal Minds.
MJ graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and went on to earn her MFA from Columbia University in NYC.
Jordan Baum

Jordan Baum is a comedy writer, performer, songwriter and music producer living in Los Angeles. You may have seen his work on the ESPY awards performed by Keegan Michael Key, Netflix’s “Iliza Schlesinger Sketch Show”, and in many major motion pictures. You also may have heard his voice rapping about Big Macs during the Super Bowl. Having worked with the likes of Melissa Villaseñor, Jay Pharoah, Jeff Ross, Atsuko Okatsuka, Richard Lewis, and Louie Anderson.
